Shipping cost

Our system automatically calculates the products you add to your cart according to weight and volume and shows you the shipping fee at the stage before the order is finalized and adds it to your order amount.

We make shipments with Yurtiçi Kargo, which we have an agreement with.

If you want to come and pick up the products you will order from our physical market in Kadıköy, Istanbul, you can pick up your orders without paying shipping fees with the "Market Delivery" option.

Note: Domestic delivery times of cargo companies vary between 1 and 5 days. (Varies depending on the distance of the delivery address to the cargo branch in the city you are in). Cargo tracking information regarding your order is sent to your e-mail address registered in the system as soon as possible following the cargo delivery. You can access cargo tracking information from the My Orders section in the "My Account" menu located at the top right corner of your account by logging in as a member, or you can contact us via e-mail to learn cargo tracking information.

The cargo company we have an agreement with also provides service to settlements outside of standard service areas with Mobile Services in order to reach and provide service to every point in Turkey. These areas defined as mobile areas are locations or settlements that are operationally outside of standard service areas and where deliveries can be made on certain days of the week. In this context, delivery times to mobile areas may vary.

Delivery times to the cities within the standard service areas of our contracted cargo company are as follows.

Istanbul, Izmir, Afyon, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bartın, Bilecik, Bolu, Bursa, Çanakkale, Çankırı, Düzce, Edirne, Eskişehir, Karabük, Kastamonu, Kırıkkale, Kırklareli, Kocaeli, Kutahya, Manisa, Sakarya, Tekirdağ, Uşak, Yalova, Zonguldak

Orders placed for cargo will be delivered to the following provinces within 2 DAY;

Adana, Adıyaman, Ağrı, Antalya, Ardahan, Artvin, Batman, Bayburt, Bingol, Bitlis, Burdur, Çorum, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Giresun, Gumuşhane, Hakkari, Hatay, Iğdır, Isparta, Kahramanmaraş, Karaman, Kars, Kayseri, Kırşehir, Kilis, Konya, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Muş, Nevşehir, Niğde, Ordu, Osmaniye, Rize, Samsun, Siirt, Sinop, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Şırnak, Tokat, Trabzon, Tunceli, Van, Yozgat
